So, before about three weeks ago, I had never listened to a podcast. Ever. No, seriously. Yes. I am THAT lame.
Anyway, my good buds, Davlin and Nexultor, started the Epic Dwarven Blogger podcast. The first episode was hilarious! The second episode was released about a week and a half later. While they had an awesome guest, Mustafah, the sound quality was so bad, I could barely listen. I think there was something about “I hit stuff and it dies.” Sorry guys, that is about all I got out of it.
They wanted to have episode 3 be about healing, so they found the most awesomest druid healer named Zaralin that they could find. Yes, you read that right. I am the only druid healer named Zaralin they know, so they asked me. Anyway, believe it or not, I am a bit on the shy side (actually very far on the shy side). I bluster a lot so it looks like I am not, and of course, you can’t be shy around Dav and Nex. They will both talk incessently and make you laugh so hard, you forget about it.
Back to the story, I arrive at Nex’s apartment to do the podcast. Oops! The shyness is taking over and I am giggling like a school girl doing my outtro (you know, the opposite of intro). So, I quickly down a wonderful screwdriver (the drink, not the tool, you pervert). Dav covers, saying that I brought Kungaloosh. So, I finally relaxed and had a great time. I talked a LOT more than I expected I would. AND, I was a LOT nicer to Davlin than I usually am (he is the little brother that I never wanted, but Mom & Dad wouldn’t exchange him for the puppy I wanted).
